The irony of the last line at the bottom of the document is not lost on me: "Recruit, Retrain, and Honor a World-Class Workforce to Serve the American People". World-Class? Empirical evidence says otherwise.

Apologies to everyone I knew who were listed as contacts for my military security clearances, as well as my federal civilian employment stints and the related OPM background investigations as some of your PII was exposed as well. That's the best our 'World-Class Workforce' of Federal Civilians can do apparently. Consequently, the Director and the CIO of OPM resigned because of these significant data breaches.
